The following is a translation of an article by the Secretary General of the MPG Party that appeared in the Swedish newspaper, Goteborgs-post.

Islamic Republic’s president recently announced his doubts about the existence of holocaust, and suggested that state of Israel should be moved to Europe; another display of Islamic Republic’s ultimate goal and ideology to exterminate Zionism and state of Israel. Further the Islamic way of living is to be exported and forced upon the non-believers; Pretty much the same lifestyle which has been forced upon Iranian people.

It is crucial to differentiate between the Islamic Republic regime and the Iranian people. Iranian people have been victims of murders, kidnappings and tortures during their 27 year long fight for a secular democratic government.

Now that the world can no longer ignore the blood-thirsty regime in Tehran, it is time to support the Iranian people in their struggle for democracy.

Iranians have nothing against Jewish people and the state of Israel. In fact at 537BC Cyrus the great freed Jewish people from captivity and allowed them to build their temples. The hatred being shown by the regime has nothing to do with Iranian people. For now, the Swedish government should support the Iranian people to over throw the medieval regime and establish a secular democracy.
