WASHINGTON (AFP) - A US federal judge has ordered Iran to pay victims of a 1983 suicide bombing of the US embassy in Beirut 126 million dollars, lawyers for the victims said.

Judge John Bates of the US District Court for the District of Columbia ruled Wednesday that Iran supported Hezbollah militants in the April 1983 bombing, the first suicide attack ever against a US embassy.

Citing evidence that Iran provided Hezbollah with arms, money and other support, Bates ruled that Iran must pay 29 victims and their families 126 million dollars.

"We are pleased that the court has again recognized Iran to be at the center of this heinous act of terrorism and that Iran will be called to account for its actions," said Michael Martinez, a lawyer representing the victims.

"We are hopeful that we will be able to enforce the judgment soon," he said.

The embassy bombing killed 63 people, including 17 US nationals. Anne Dammarell, a former US Agency for International Development employee, who was wounded in the bombing was the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit.

"This lawsuit is our way of fighting back," she said in a statement. "It is the only way we have to make Iran accountable for the incredible pain it inflicted through its support of Hezbollah."

Bad Decision By Federal Judges, Giving Wrong Message and WHY:

- 70 Million Iranian people are hostage to Islamist regime and they are not in control of Islamist regime. The Iranian people are the biggest victims of terror with over 100,000 executions, Kazemi case, and over 400 terrors outside Iran…..
- The money belongs to the freedom-loving Iranian people who condemn all kinds of terrorism not Islamist Terrorist regime and must spent for freeing Iran.
- Punishing victims (freedom loving Iranian people) for Mullah's crime is very Un American, Unwise decision, bad for American Justice System and giving wrong message.
- The Victims of Terror should file law suit against G8 governments not the people who are not in control of their governments and their own destination. In past 27 years the G8 policy towards Islamist regime which has taken Iran as their hostage is in constant state of Flip Flop and they have not provided the necessary backing and financial support for oppositions for regime change and freeing their homeland, Why? Because, G8 preferred corrupt Terrorist Islamist regime in power for Milking Iran, war ….
- After regime change true elected democratic government of Iran is faced with major problems like broken economy, with all stolen money from Iran that will be in G8 Banks, drug problem, prostitutions …. To build FREE IRAN , every dime of these money needed by freedom-loving peaceful Iranian people to build their country.
- The Federal Judges who make these kind of judgment must study all US government secret documents before making these kind of random decision to feel good.
- Freezing all assets of Iran in G8 banks might be a good strategy for changing the regime, replacing it with secular democracy , and free society but courts can not distribute the frozen assets to individuals to feel good ….
- The Judges must be reminded that the G8 governments and politicians are partially responsible for Islamist regime take over 27 years ago …. Please review historical documents before making quick judgment … Please look at the following data and think about it,
Barrel of Crude Oil $67 -
Barrel of water in a plastic bottle $105 -
Barrel of Coke $230 -
Barrel of French bottled mineral water $514 -
Barrel of British cup of tea $1,228 -
Barrel of Chinese soy sauce $1,293 -
Barrel of German Rhine wine $1,377 -
Barrel of Japanese Saki rice-wine $21,235 –

Remind American Federal Judges to think about the following statement by James Madison:

"If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary. In framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself. A dependence on the people is, no doubt, the primary control on the government; but experience has taught mankind the necessity of auxiliary precautions. " The Federalist No. 51 (James Madison).

If we are Serious and Wish to Fight the Terror Masters, the measures that we recommend and strongly advocate are as follows:

1. To stop, with immediate effect, all international trades with the undemocratic Islamist regime in Iran.
2. To stop the purchase of oil from Iran and not to start any new contracts or renew any existing ones.
3. To blockade Iran’s ports in the Persian Gulf and also possibly the Caspian Sea.
4. Train 200,000 Iranian youth to replace the Islamist regime security forces when the regime collapse.
5. Financial help for Iranian oppositions for secular democracy in Iran to match the amount that the Islamist regime and Saudi regime spends for Islamist terrorism....
6. Regime must be kicked out of UN now.....
..........

Provide Support To Setup Election Among Iranian-American:
Due to the fact that over million Iranians are scattered in U.S. therefore it is difficult task and a big help if the U.S government directly and openly provide resources to setup a fair election among the Iranian American Candidates who believe in the principles defined below and wish to work full time for freeing their homeland. Such an election might cost ?? million dollars considering advertising cost in U.S. Media.

The constituents of the Iranian American National Congress and Leadership outside Iran In USA will be all those organizations and individuals who believe in the following 7 Articles
1. Territorial integrity and national sovereignty of Iran.
2. Complete separation of religion from the State;
3. Acceptance of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
4. Free, open and democratic referendum to elect the type of the new Government of Iran in the post-IRI era
5. Minimum standard of living for all citizens of Iran and equal opportunity for all citizens to benefit from country’s national wealth.
6. The “War On Terror” is UNWINNABLE and the world peace can not be achieved as long as the Unelected Islamists Terror and Torture Masters are in power in Iran. The terror state and fear society can not create stability.
7. Iranian people can decide about Nuclear Energy and Atomic Bomb after the regime change when they have established secular democracy and Free society until then Iran can not have any kind of Nuclear program under Islamist regime control.

After an election the U.S. should allocate and provide funds or release part of the frozen Iranian assets to the elected Iranian American National Congress for regime change in Iran and pay salary to these elected Iranians or Americans by over million Iranian American community who should be working full time in Washington for Freeing their homeland.
