Iranian diplomat accused of bombing gets bail.
Hadi Soleimanpour, detained last month in connection with the 1994 car bombing that killed 85 people, was granted bail of 730,000 pounds ($1.2 million) at London's High Court.
He was ordered to appear for extradition hearings on September 19 at London's Bow Street Magistrates Court.
The arrest, which followed a provisional extradition request from Argentina, has strained already taught ties between London and Tehran, which recalled its ambassador to Britain in protest.
Iran has said the case is politically motivated, and Soleimanpour has maintained his innocence.
Iran has called for his quick release and warned of ''strong action.'' It has already cut economic and cultural ties with Argentina.
Granting bail, Justice Royce said the married father-of-two, now studying at Durham University, had been aware for six months of the possibility of an extradition request from Argentina, which says it has proof he was involved in the bombing.
''He clearly could have departed these shores by now had he so wished,'' the judge said.
Argentina claims Soleimanpour provided support to the bombers, and that they were based at the Iranian embassy.

"There is evidence that Argentine judicial officials were paid a sum of $4,000 in bribes to issue a verdict against Suleimanpur"

I guess the case against Pinoche was also a result of bribes, since Soleimanipour is as innocent as Pinoche Rolling Eyes and the only way these 2 could ever be brought to face charges is if judges are bribed Rolling Eyes .

hatman Rolling Eyes hatman Rolling Eyes

Have these guys ever heard of something called "plausible believability"?
