The Editor in Chief, CNN,

It is a shame for an international TV & news broadcasting service such as CNN to let one of its reporters, in this case, Christian Amanpour to conduct an interview with a world known condemned terrorist, namely Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani Bahremani.

Worst is that SHE calls the murderer DOCTOR?

Where did SHE get such a prestigious title for HIM?

Instead, SHE should have called HIM the head torturer that HE really is, and you know it damn well!?

All of Iranians are waiting to see that CNN apologizes for the shameful program that patronizes the head terrorist, according to his own confession in hid auto biography?!

Other wise we will see to it that your service is boycotted by all the Iranians all over the world.

Do not forget that by word of Mouth we can defame you.

Regards,

H. Hakimi,

Here's Dr. Z's take from regimechangeiran.com:

DoctorZin reports, 6.15.2005:

CNN plays a dangerous game of softball with Rafsanjani
http://regimechangeiran.blogspot.com/2005/06/cnn-plays-dangerous-game-of-softball.html

CNN.com:
Former Iranian President Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani -- now seeking another term as the Islamic republic's elected leader -- said Tuesday the United States has been hostile toward his country for more than 30 years.

The man widely expected to win Friday's presidential election told CNN the United States has taken "steps in the right direction" but must do more to prove to Iranians that it has relinquished what he called "a hostile attitude." READ MORE
CNN's report reminded me of Dan Rather's interview with Saddam Hussein. It was more of an infomercial for the axis of evil than a legitimate news report.

CNN has an opportunity to ask the hard questions of Rafsanjani. Where were the tough questions about:

the recent demonstrations in Iran over women's right?
the imprisonment and hunger strike of its political dissidents?
about the coming boycott of the election?
about the fact the real power in Iran is with the Supreme Leader making the election a mere show for the western media?
and the many hard questions about Iran's nuclear program?
If in the next few days, the rest of the mainstream media follows CNN's example, the people of Iran will once again be silenced. If these same media outlets had done this with the Soviet dissidents we may have never seen the collapse of that evil system.

Iran elections candidates: Ayatollah Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani

Tue. 14 Jun 2005

Source: http://www.iranfocus.com/modules/news/article.php?storyid=2402

Iran Focus

Age: 70

Position: Chairman of the State Expediency Council and deputy speaker of the Assembly of Experts

Career Highlights:

For over two decades, Ali-Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani has been one of the two most powerful men within Iran’s ruling hierarchy, first as Ayatollah Khomeini’s most trusted confidant until his death in 1989, and later as the junior partner in the Khamenei-Rafsanjani duo that has been at the apex of the Islamic Republic since then.

As a young theological student in Qom, Rafsanjani, who hails from the rural deserts of southern Iran, became a fervent supporter of Khomeini’s radical Islamic ideology. With a penchant for business, the junior cleric established himself as a wheeler-dealer, cultivating ties with a range of anti-Shah groups and personalities. In 1971, he was arrested by the Shah’s secret police, SAVAK, and spent a few months in jail on charges of providing support for the Mojahedin-e Khalq (MeK) opposition group.

When mass demonstrations in the late 1970s signalled the end of the Shah’s rule, Rafsanjani’s prominence as one of Khomeini’s closest lieutenants rose rapidly. In the new Islamic regime, he became a member of the Revolutionary Council, and after a short spell as Interior Minister, became Majlis (parliament) Speaker in 1980. In effect, Khomeini gave Rafsanjani much greater powers than his official position allowed. He was made the acting Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and, according to insiders, no important policy decision was made without his approval.

After Khomeini’s death in 1989, Rafsanjani became President for two terms. Since then he has chaired the powerful State Expediency Council, which acts as a supreme arbitration body to settle disputes between the Majlis and the watchdog Guardians Council.

The criminal court of Berlin issued an international warrant for Rafsanjani’s arrest after he was found to be a key member of a four-man committee that made the decisions for assassination of Iranian dissidents abroad. Rafsanjani’s past is heavily tainted with involvement in international terrorism; as President he personally oversaw much of the activities of VEVAK, Iran’s dreaded secret police, and dozens of terrorist attacks abroad were carried out under his command, including the bombing of Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia in 1996, which killed 19 U.S. servicemen, and the bombing of the Jewish community centre in Buenos Aires in 1994. More than 80 people died in that attack.

Rafsanjani is widely seen as the father of Iran’s nuclear weapons program. The initial phase of the program in the early 1980s was carried out under his supervision as the acting Commander in Chief. As President, Rafsanjani placed enormous resources at the disposal of the country’s military-industrial complex to develop the nuclear bomb project. The greatest advancements in the nuclear project, from uranium enrichment technology to plutonium extraction methods, were made under his direction.

Described as a pragmatic conservative abroad, inside Iran Rafsanjani is best known by two distinguishing traits; the first being his mass fortune, as compared to the disastrous economy he left after his tenure. Parallel to this is his willingness to use extreme force to quell dissent and his role in the chain murders of dissidents who dared to voice their opposition to the current theocratic system. His role in these killings earned him the nickname “The Grey Eminence” after a book by jailed journalist Akbar Ganji.

During Rafsanjani’s presidency hundreds of writers, journalists, and other intellectuals were imprisoned, murdered, or simply “disappeared”.

Rafsanjani’s status as one of the most despised figures in the clerical regime came under limelight in the year 2000, when he stood for parliamentary elections in Tehran and came in last at the thirtieth slot. The butt of many popular jokes about his wealth, his survival instincts and his vulgarity, Rafsanjani earned yet another nickname after his election failure, becoming known as “Aghassi” (literally meaning Mr. Thirtieth) inside Iran.

In his own Words:

Rafsanjani on terrorism:
"If in retaliation for every Palestinian martyred in Palestine they kill and execute, not inside Palestine, five Americans, or Britons or Frenchmen [the Israelis] would not continue these wrongs.
"It is not difficult to kill Americans or Frenchmen. It is a bit difficult to kill [Israelis]. But there are so many [Americans and Frenchmen] everywhere in the world".
(Speaking at a Friday prayers congregation on May 5, 1989)

Rafsanjani on nuclear bombs:
“If one day ... Of course, that is very important. If one day, the Islamic world is also equipped with weapons like those that Israel possesses now, then the imperialists' strategy will reach a standstill because the use of even one nuclear bomb inside Israel will destroy everything. However, it will only harm the Islamic world. It is not irrational to contemplate such an eventuality. Of course, you can see that the Americans have kept their eyes peeled and they are carefully looking for even the slightest hint that technological advances are being made by an independent Islamic country. If an independent Islamic country is thinking about acquiring other kinds of weaponry, then they will do their utmost to prevent it from acquiring them. Well, that is something that almost the entire world is discussing right now”.

FOXNEWS.COM

MOSCOW — The American editor of Forbes Magazine's Russian edition and author of a book about tycoon Boris Berezovsky (search) was shot to death late Friday, the magazine said.

Paul Klebnikov (search), 41, was hit four times outside the magazine's office and died in a rescue-squad vehicle, Russian news reports said. The radio station Ekho Moskvy said shells of two different caliber were found at the scene, indicating at least two assailants.

Police could not be reached for comment, but the killing was confirmed in a statement by Forbes publisher Steve Forbes.

"Paul was a superb reporter -- courageous, dedicated, ever-curious," the statement said. "He knew Russia well. It was a country he deeply loved."

Alexander Gordeyev, editor of the Russian edition of Newsweek magazine, which has offices in the same building, said he came to Klebnikov's side as he lay outside the building.

He was still conscious and able to speak, "but he couldn't say anything about what could have been the cause of the attack," Gordeyev told The Associated Press.

The Interfax news agency quoted Leonid Bershidsky, the publisher of Russian Forbes (search) and Newsweek, as saying that Klebnikov recently "had not dug up anything sensitive."

Forbes started its Russian-language edition in April. Klebnikov, U.S.-born of Russian heritage, previously had been a senior editor with the U.S.-based Forbes.

In a statement late Friday, Klebnikov's family said it expected Russia to bring the assailants to justice, and urged "U.S. and international authorities" to make sure that happens.

"Paul was a fighter for the truth," the statement said. "Even more, he believed in being positive and looking for ways to make the future better. We mourn his death."

In May, Forbes attracted wide attention by publishing a list of Russia's wealthiest people, claiming that Moscow had more billionaires who worked there or amassed their fortunes there than any other city in the world.

"Here people fly and fall with staggering speed," Klebnikov said at a news conference when the list was released.

His 2000 book "Godfather of the Kremlin: Boris Berezovsky and the Looting of Russia" described how Berezovsky, now living in exile in Britain, allegedly siphoned hundreds of millions of dollars out of Russia.

After Klebnikov wrote a profile of Berezovsky for Forbes in 1996, Berezovsky filed a libel suit against the magazine in Britain.

He withdrew the suit in 2003 after the publication acknowledged it was wrong to allege he was involved in the murder of a television personality.

Klebnikov in May said that he believed the chaotic post-Soviet years, when business disputes were often settled by gunfire and car bombs, were a thing of the past.

"The era of so called bandit-capitalism is already in the past. In the mid-90's it was a very, very dirty process ... I think the participants of our list themselves are pleased to leave this era behind," he said.

Klebnikov was a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the London School of Economics.

Russia prosecutor says Chechen militant ordered murder of Forbes editor - report
06.16.2005, 04:37 AM
http://www.forbes.com/afxnewslimited/feeds/afx/2005/06/16/afx2095765.html

MOSCOW (AFX) - A Chechen rebel leader ordered the killing of the editor of the Russian edition of US business magazine Forbes, Russia's prosecutor general's office said, as cited by Interfax.

The prosecutor general's office named Chechen resident Khozh-Akhmed Nukhayev -- a key figure in Chechnya's underground militant government -- as the man who ordered the killing of American journalist Paul Klebnikov in July, 2004.

Nukhayev 'offered members of a criminal group a reward for the killing of

P Klebnikov', in retaliation for negative comments in Klebnikov's writings about the Chechen leader, Interfax quoted a prosecutor's office source as saying.

It says a lot about the so-called 'Main Stream Media' that they are hailing this guy as a 'wily pragmatist'. Will he be

A) Taken alive and held for trial inside Iran?

B) Found and torn to pieces by an angry mob?

C) Manage his escape and be extradited to Iran for trial from abroad?

D) Manage his escape and be tried before the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands?

E) Manage his escape and be tried before a foreign court for one or more murders committed there?

F) Manage his escape and die violently and mysteriously abroad at the hands of parties unknown?

G) Manage his escape and live in the shadows as a hunted fugitive.

H) Manage his escape and live in luxury in a mockery of everything good and true.

Place your bets ladies and gentlemen!

Journalist Watchdog Urges Putin to Investigate Klebnikov Murder

The Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) issued an open letter to President Vladimir Putin, urging him to address what it called the climate of lawlessness and impunity that has led to the killings of more than a dozen journalists in Russia, most recently Forbes editor Paul Klebnikov.

The letter, published on the group’s site, called on the president to do “everything in your power” to ensure a thorough and aggressive investigation into the slaying.

“This culture of impunity sends a shocking message to the world about your indifference to press freedom, and reassures those who use violence to silence their critics that they can literally get away with murder,” Executive Director Ann Cooper said in her letter to Putin.

Klebnikov is the 15th journalist to be killed in Russia in connection with his work since 2000. No one has been brought to justice in any of the slayings, CPJ said, calling it a “shameful record” that endangers all journalists and undermines Russia’s democracy.

“These and other cases have not been properly investigated or prosecuted, a testament to the ongoing lawlessness in Russia and your failure to reform the country’s weak and politicized criminal justice system,” the letter said.

Ironically, the man most adept at manipulating this hidden power structure is one of Iran's best-known characters--Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, who has been named an ayatollah, or religious leader. He was the speaker of parliament and Khomeini's right-hand man in the 1980s, president of Iran from 1989 to 1997 and is now chairman of the powerful Expediency Council, which resolves disputes between the clerical establishment and parliament. Rafsanjani has more or less run the Islamic Republic for the past 24 years. He played it smart, aligning himself in the 1960s with factions led by Ayatollah Khomeini, then becoming the go-to guy after the revolution. A hard-liner ideologically, Rafsanjani nonetheless has a pragmatic streak. He convinced Khomeini to end the Iran-Iraq war and broke Iran's international isolation by establishing trade relations with the Soviet Union, China, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. In the 1990s he restarted Iran's nuclear program. He is also the father of Iran's "privatization" program. During his presidency the stock market was revived, some government companies were sold to insiders, foreign trade was liberalized and the oil sector was opened up to private companies. Most of the good properties and contracts, say dissident members of Iran's Chamber of Commerce, ended up in the hands of mullahs, their associates and, not least, Rafsanjani's family, who rose from modest origins as pistachio farmers. "They were not rich people, so they worked hard and always tried to help their relatives get ahead," remembers Reza, a historian who declines to use his last name and who studied with one of Rafsanjani's brothers at Tehran University in the early 1970s. "When they were in university, two brothers earned money on the side tutoring theological students and preparing their exam papers." The 1979 revolution transformed the Rafsanjani clan into commercial pashas. One brother headed the country's largest copper mine; another took control of the state-owned TV network; a brother-in-law became governor of Kerman province, while a cousin runs an outfit that dominates Iran's $400 million pistachio export business; a nephew and one of Rafsanjani's sons took key positions in the Ministry of Oil; another son heads the Tehran Metro construction project (an estimated $700 million spent so far). Today, operating through various foundations and front companies, the family is also believed to control one of Iran's biggest oil engineering companies, a plant assembling Daewoo automobiles, and Iran's best private airline (though the Rafsanjanis insist they do not own these assets).

When Is an Election Not an Election?

June 16, 2005
National Review Online

Iranian farce.

It's symptomatic of the failure of strategic vision from which our chatterers and leaders currently suffer, that so many words and so much energy are being wasted on the immense charade that goes under the name of Iranian "elections." Any normal person familiar with the Islamic republic knows that these are not elections at all, and for extras have nothing to do with the future of the Iranian nation. They are a mise en scene, an entertainment, a comic opera staged for our benefit. The purpose of the charade, pure and simple, is to deter us from supporting the forces of democratic revolution in Iran.

Ask yourself two simple questions. Does the president of Iran hold any real power? Has any "candidate" (of which there are eight) been chosen by anyone other than the supreme leader and his cronies?

No, and no. Whoever is "elected" (and you can be sure that the outcome is already known, millions of "officially cast" ballots having been manufactured weeks ago, to ensure the right guy wins and that enough votes will have been cast) will be an instrument of the mullahcracy. The sole "issue" in the farce is how best to convince George W. Bush that it would be wrong for the United States to press on with support for the forces of freedom in Iran, because that would "force" the mullahs to crack down (which they are doing already). The slogan for the post-electoral period will be "give reform a chance." And you can be sure that the useful idiots among us, from the Amanpour woman at CNN to the Haass man at the Council on Foreign Relations, have already prepared their sermons and their slogans, ranging from "hopes for a new relationship" to "a rare opportunity for an historic dialogue," and other such slogans.

We have heard these slogans before, applied to other tyrannies shortly before they attacked democratic societies. When Stalin ruled the Soviet empire, great attention was paid to elections to the Politburo, as if the Molotovs and the Berias were independent actors, capable of moderating or liberalizing or reforming the Soviet Union. When the Fuhrer ruled the Third Reich, even British diplomats confidently announced that Hitler had "no further territorial ambitions," and was, after all, surrounded by reasonable industrialist types like Goehring. And who can forget — actually, who can remember — the surge of empathy when it was announced that comrade Chernenko — until yesterday the boss of the KGB and now the new Soviet dictator — liked jazz?

Sensible folks have learned that it isn't about personality, it's about freedom and tyranny. All the totalitarian regimes of the last century staged elections, and they were all meaningless, because the structure of the state concentrated power in the two hands of the dictator, and exercised through the single party.

The president has had this right for a long time, and I'm delighted to report that, three days ago, the State Department spokesman delivered an eloquent condemnation of the fraudulent exercise about to take place in Tehran. And I am also pleased that Human Rights Watch has started to pay attention to the grave condition of dissident journalist Akbar Ganji. Perhaps the editorialists at the New York Times and the Washington Post could tear themselves away from the imagined horrors of Guantanamo and denounce the systematic oppression of nearly 70 million Iranians.

It is unlikely this will happen, both because any journalist in Iran who reports fully on the nature of the regime risks expulsion or — as in the celebrated case of the female Canadian journalist who got too close to the truth — death. And because anything that makes the Iranian regime "look bad" automatically makes W "look good," and most journalists don't want that.

Who's going to win, you ask? I don't know. For months I have assumed that Rafsanjani would walk away with it. But when Supreme Leader Khamenei ostentatiously overruled his henchmen, permitting a nasty pseudo reformer by the name of Moin to run, I have wondered if Khamenei knew something I didn't. Rafsanjani's sins — from gross corruption to mass murder — are fairly well known, and there are probably limits beyond which even a British foreign secretary or a French foreign minister will not go to make nice to the mullahs. President Rafsanjani would test those limits. Moin, on the other hand, isn't so well known, he's got that lean and hungry look instead of Rafsanjani's portliness, and he might be more convincing as he plays that most difficult role: the moderate face of islamofascism.

I haven't checked the morning line recently, and I certainly wouldn't bet the family oil well on it, but a small bet on Moin might be a good hedge. On the nose, of course (have you seen the pictures?).

CRIMINAL MULLAH'S OF IRAN ARE GETTING CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP

For years we have been indicating, the criminal Mullah's of Iran have stashed their stolen money in Dubai banks to the tune of over $400 Billion Dollars (Iran's Central Bank estimate).

From Dubai, these criminals are filing application to obtain residency and citizenship to other countries. They know what will happen, when the regime change comes!

The most popular country/easiest country to file residency, and citizenship is Canada for these criminal elements.

There is a large Muslim community in Canada. They can hide easily among these people (Few years ago the fundamentalist Muslims tried to install SHARIA LAW in Canada also. But, thanks to Democracy in Canada, they failed. For now!)

The Canadian Consulate in Dubai, is the busiest consulate in UAE.

In CANADA you see these criminals presence, as they are almost everywhere.

All you need to do is go to major Canadian Cities to see these people riding their latest Mercedes Benz, Beemers, unshaven and wives wearing head scarf's.

Canadian Government by giving refuge to these known killers and thieves, is helping these people to escape Justice.

Forwarded from our compatriot's, please note an E-mail in regard to Mr. Rafasanjani, the former President of Mullah's Republic. He is one of the richest men according to the FORBES MAGAZINE, running the Mullah's Oil Mafia, has stolen Billions of Dollars from Iran.

During Mr. Rafsanjani presidency, Dr. Shahpor Bakhtiar, the last PM of Iran along with well over 300 people were assassinated abroad. The Famous MIKONOS RESTURANT MASACARE in Germany among them!

Thousands of the Iranians were mass hanged in Iranian prisons without trial.
The savage Stoning of people was a common occurrence.

Censorship reached new heights as never seen before.

All under the direct orders of these so-called Men of God!!

Now, they are going around, trying to find "Safe Haven" for themselves and their families, clean their "Blood Money" by investing in various projects.

Again, we are asking the governments of Canada, European Nations and Australia to be prudent and alert in issuing Residency and Citizenship to these criminals.

Upon regime change. When a Secular, Democratic regime in Iran is established, these criminals will be pursued, bring them back to Iran. They have to answer to the people of Iran.

Justice will be served to these people. They will not be able to hide anywhere!

In light of above, we hereby request from the members of Civilized Nations, who respect Individual right and freedom of thought, especially the Canadian Government not to give residency or citizenship to these criminals.

These criminals, have confiscated Real Estate, factories and personal property of thousands of innocent people indiscriminately, looted Iranian Museums of their antiques, engaged in drug sales to our youth, involved in human slavery for prostitution to the Persian Gulf states and many other unimaginable crimes. All in the name of ISLAM!

These criminals belong in a jail cell. Not a second chance to live in a civilized nation, enjoying their stolen Billions of Dollars.

They don't appreciate your kind of Democracy anyway!

RE: Mullah Rafsanjani and his family’s foreign investment in Canada.

There are a few serious legal evidences that Iran ’s former president Mullah Ali Akbar HASHEMI RAFSANJANI, his son Mehdi HASHEMI RAFSANJANI and his daughter Faezeh HASHEMI RAFSANJANI are making investment in Canada . This paper is accusing the RAFSNAJNAI family for theft from Iranian people. Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsnajani (aka Rafsamjani), including son Mehdi Hashemi Rafsanjani (aka Rafsamjani), and daughter Faezeh Hashemi. Timeframe January 1, 2000-June 14, 2004.”

Further to above evidence, there is one more peculiar evidence that what appears to be RAFSANJANI is residing in city of LAVA in Province of Québec, Canada or he has someone in Province of Québec Canada, who is acting behalf of him or he has an entourage in Canada because according to this document he claimed his insurance; “CAIR_06_04.txt CRA2003023024 Canada Revenue Agency Academic 2/9/04 0:00 "All records and information in possession of the CCRA regarding the theft of a computer from its...

55% Fri, 09 Sep 2005 15:44:08 GMT http://www.onlinedemocracy.ca/CAIRS/CAIR_06_04.txt” Is RAFSANJANI a Canadian citizen?
There is a serious problem by allowing Mullah RAFSANJANI comes to Canada and allowing him to invest money in Canada . First and for most importantly, Mullah RAFSANJANI is a convicted criminal, in 1940, he was involved in assassination of His Excellency, Prime Minister of Iran “Hassan Ali-Mansur”.[1] RAFSANJANI at the time of assassination was member of terrorist group which was known as “Fada’iyan-e Islam (Devotees of Islam)”[2]. Also, RAFSANJANI was incarcerated during PAHLAVI Dynasty due to other terrorist activities, and after inception of the Islamic Republic of Iran, he appeared in front of camera and took credit for his role in assassination of His Excellency, Hassan Ali-Mansur. RAFSANJANI’s dark days are extended to late 90s’ there was an internal clash among clerics and there were several intellectuals, who were speaking against the brutal theology state of Iran . RAFSANJANI was one of the masterminds who were involved in murdering opposition voice. RAFSANJANI’s horrific act of slaughtering people was known as “chain killing”. One intelligent officer with name of Akbar GANJI, apparently he, claimed that he was converted to secularism. He revealed the identity of the killers and he pointed his finger at RAFSANJANI as one of the murderer. RAFSANJANI is a cold blooded murderer, there is no doubt that there are serious criminal charges pending against him by his victims and surviving families, once the tyranny theology state of Iran will be oust, he will be before International Tribunal same as Saddam HUSSIEN did.

Currently, he is investing in real estate or more accurately he is investing in construction industry in Canada and the question is this, where is the money coming from that he is able to invest in Canada ? RAFSANJANI will claim that he has a pistachio farms. However, the pistachio farms are unable to generate such a significant amount of money for this cleric to make extravaganza investment overseas. There is no doubt that he is stealing money from Iran’s oil, and is investing stolen money in Canada and according to Canadian Criminal Code “section 322. (1) Theft-Everyone commits theft who fraudulently and without color of right {honest mistake} takes, or fraudulently and without color of right converts to his use or to the use of another person, anything whether animate or inanimate, with intent, a) to deprive, temporarily or absolutely, the owner of it, or a person who has a special property or interest in it, of the thing or of his property or interest in it; b) to pledge it or deposit it as security”.[3] If RAFSANJANI is assuming after removal of clerics in Iran he will fly to Canada and won’t face legal consequences. He is absolutely wrong. Having said that holding Canada accountable as well as responsible for RAFSANJANI’s theft. Asking this question, when a person commits shoplifting and comes out of a store and sells the stolen property to another person, and when the buyer is aware the good was stolen. Thus, the buyer also committed theft, the buyer is an accomplice and guilty of theft crime.

When Mullah RAFSANJANI is stealing Iran ’s oil and investing in Canada . Iranian people are the only people who are victim of this cleric theft. On March 2006, Export Development Canada, Jocelyn Lussier, jilussier@edc.ca published an article with regard to Iran . In this article it has mentioned that “structural reforms: The new government strategy of addressing the economic disparities in Iran 75% of national income is in the hands of 10% {Iran’s population is 70 million}, is a major challenge, but it is the core of Iran’s key structural problems for future development”. [4] Honorable Prime Minister of Canada HARPER please do not view this 75% merely a number, the 75% means Iranian people who are deprived from basic necessities of life and; “to provide a vivid example of the deplorable state of the economy, the dollar, which was pegged 70 rials in 1979, is now pegged at 8,000 rials. There is such destitution that some parents are driven to sell their organs in order to feed their families. Very young girls are reduced to prostitution, and an increasing number of children beg for their daily breed. Malnutrition is widespread”. [5] When RAFSANJANI is stealing Iran ’s money and is investing that money in construction industry in Canada , he is hurting Iranian people, he is a cruel man without moral value.

Further, Jocelyn Lussier made a statement that “significant levels of corruption and a complexity bureaucracy continue to underline the challenging nature of Iran ’s business climate”.[6] RAFSANJANI is one element of corruption in Iran so he can steal Iran ’s oil money and to invest in Canada .

Ms. Zahra KAZEMI was murdered in the hands of clerics in Iran , and Canada did not take firm position against the clerics in Iran . Dr. Ramin JAHANBEGLOO falsely accused of espionage in Iran and Canada did not illustrate leadership role in his matter. Does oil matter for Canada or human being matters for Canada that is the question?

Canadian deserves to know that money which is generated by RAFSAJANI in Canada will back fire at Canadian citizens at some close point in future. According to Dr. R. Henderson is a strategic analyst with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service took a quotation from New York Times “We [ Iran ] have learned that preserving our independence and survival in this unsuitable international climate is not possible without science, technology and the necessary tools, Iranian President Rafsanjani”.[7] Obviously, the clerics are aiming their ultimate goal to have nuclear capability with intention of nuclear bombs and Canadians are paying the clerics in Iran to built nuclear bombs so one day those nuclear bombs to hit Canadian soil!

Dr. William Millward is a strategic analyst with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service discussed the clerics’ role as a problematic to world security and highlighted several gloomy record of the clerics in “Iran’s alleged nuclear ambitions; its opposition to the Middle East peace process; its support for terrorism in the region; its internal human rights abuses; assassinations of those opposed to the regime abroad”. [8]

Inviting Honorable Prime Minister of Canada HARPER to the good ancient Zoroastrian faith and its good book Avest, and this faith has three imperative principles a) Good Thoughts, b) Good Deeds, and c) Good Words, and please do not associate with the clerics in Iran that they believe in tenet of Islamic Tagheh which means a Muslim person could commit a sin and crime and as long as this crime is serving Islam’s best interest it is not a sin. RAFSANJANI one of children of Prophet Muhammad has his own interpretation of what is serving interest of Islam and it is really fearsome for a person who has no conscience and can murder a person without faith and without mercy.

Kindly, Canada needs to take a firm and assertive approach toward RAFSANJANI’s theft. There are many options which could be exercise by the authority against RAFSANJANI; such as, closure of the Highway 407 and all other industry under RAFSANJANI name to be confiscated for safety and security of innocent people in Canada .

Last point, I used PEN name because I will ask other Iranian people to support me in this good cause and do not want my name to be reveal to others.

Thank you,

Kind regards
