Ba dorood:

Islamic parliament in Iran is working on a bill that recommends collecting high taxes on empty residential dwellings.

What a joke is this one!!!

You see, 6th Majlis removed this item from the tax codes based on Ministry of Economics recommendation. The ministry used the amount of money spent for identifying such properties exceeds the possible collection of taxes. Also, they pointed out how this would cause people being upset.

The current (7th) Majlis has introduced this bill as part of controlling price hike of properties.

Do they realize this as a joke?

Id say YES and they are using it for propaganda reasons.
