I'm a big fan of fish kebaob. The best is Ozunbrun Kebabs in Mazandran. I once found a Russian place in the US that had sturgeon kebobs that came close, but still not as perfect. Meanwhile the Kebabi's in the US do a decent job of fish kebab with White fish and Salmon. But Barg, Koobeedeh, Jojeh, Ghezelala or Ozunbrun ... its all good.
